The nail polishes I am battling together are Barry M Gelly Hi Shine in Rose Hip and Essie Nail Lacquer in Fiji.
DAY #1 (day of application):
I applied from left hand to the right hand Barry M, Essie, Barry M, Essie etc.
The Barry M nail paint is thicker than Essie, normally I do not apply a top coat when I did the Dupe June last year but I let these dry before applying my favourite top coat which I rave about (Barry M Sunset Daylight Curing Topcoat).
Picture one and two is one coat, picture three and four is two coats and pictures five and six is with the top coat.
DAY #3:
I helped my sister move out of her dorms and managed to hurt my finger, my nail broke and the nail polish chipped.
DAY #5:
The two nails where the nail polish have completely gone are Essie nail polishes, the polish came off in one whereas the one with bits still on is Barry M and that actually started making my nails slightly flakey.
DAY #6:
So more Barry M nails have chipped and look terrible so I decided it's the end, I know who the winner is.
