My skin is dry and very red.
It definitely gives a matte finish to the skin and is build-able.
I didn't use a concealer so all I did was blend some more foundation into those troubled areas like where there was a few spots, it didn't cover everything but most of them.
The foundation didn't leave my skin looking dry which normally matte foundations do.
After a while my skin started looking dry near my nose which is where I suffer from the most dryness.
My whole skin looked so matte and not so nice, I prefer a dewy look.
The foundation claims:
- No transfer - TRUE
- No visible imperfections - NOT SO TRUE: my spots are visible
- No visible shine - MOST DEFINITELY TRUE
- No dry-out - FALSE: it dried my skin around my nose and between my eyebrows
- No mask-effect - TRUE
I will probably wear this more in the Summer when my skin is not as dry and I will naturally produce more facial sweat that will make it look less matte and I could wear it with a dewy face spray.
