FITNESS
I weighed myself at the beginning of the month and it turns out I am 13 stone...13 STONE, I can't believe how much weight I have put on, I explain more in my video why I have gained weight and why I won't put up a target weight but my main aim for the month of August is to exercise at least 3 days a week.
MY APPEARANCE
Throughout the last couple of months I have wore my glasses, banged my hair up and no makeup so I want to be able to put some more effort into my appearance.
SOCIALISE
I haven't seen my friends since I went to stay at my friend's new place so I want to socialise more especially as my friends are back from uni, I have plans for cocktails, coffee and dinner.
