BATTLE OF THE DUPES #1 (Barry M vs. Sinful Colors) #DupeJune

For the month of June I am doing a little thing called #DupeJune which means every Wednesday in June I will upload a video and blog post regarding dupes, I put the dupes to battle. I am trying to find dupes for products that people may struggle to get their hands on either they are limited edition products or only available in a certain country, I will try and find a dupe for them.
The first of this series is an American polish versing a British polish. The British polish is Barry M Gelly Hi-Shine Nail Paint in Dragon Fruit, British bloggers rave about them so when I found an American dupe for this polish I was so happy and it is a dupe for Sinful Colors Nail Color in Cotton Candy. I managed to get my hands on the Sinful Colors nail polish a year ago from Boots when they stocked them however they don't stock them anymore so I don't know where British people can get their hands on it.

When I do tests like this I try to do my best to make it a fair battle, I don't want to apply one polish on one hand and the other polish on the other hand for the fact that I am right handed so that hand gets used more which means the nail polish is under strain so what I do is paint my nails in alternate colours (left hand pinkie-finger is Barry M and right hand pinkie-finger is Sinful Colors).

DAY #1 (day of application):
I applied my regular base coat which is Barry M Basecoat, Topcoat & Nail Hardener, I didn't use a topcoat on my nails as I wanted to know what the polishes were like without a topcoat.
This polish is a perfect Barbie pink colour with subtle glitter blended in, you have to look close to see it but that's what gives the polish a glossy look, the colour reminds me of the manicure Emoji💅🏼.
I prefer the brush on the Sinful Colors nail polish for the fact that it's a better size; thicker brush so easier strokes and bits. I did two layers of the Barry M nail paint to get an even look whereas Sinful Colors was three layers to get an even look but Sinful Colors dries quicker so whatever way it goes it kind of balances out.

DAY #2:
The Sinful Colors nail polish looks worn at the edges, I think that it would have lasted better if I did put a topcoat on however I didn't. I do have a chip on my index finger on my right hand (Barry M) all due to my stupidity; shutting my finger in the door.

DAY #3:
They both had lost their gel-style shine, I got a few chips in the Barry M nail polish but it's the Sinful Colors that didn't last as long, those nails where the nail polish has almost gone and also caused fragile nails where I have picked at the chips.

DAY #4:
I couldn't stand the chips any more so removed it after a filming the part for this.
