FIRST IMPRESSIONS: Benefit They're Real! Mascara Primer
I got a sample of the Benefit They're Real! Mascara Primer in a magazine and thought I would try it out for my blog and YouTube channel, you can get my first impressions.
Run through: I have put the primer on my left eye (right in the picture) with the Benefit They're Real! Mascara and on the other eye I just have the Benefit They're Real! Mascara to see the difference and what a difference I have seen.
You can see what the mascara looks like version just primer, I have heard people have used the primer on it's own without mascara for the 'no makeup' makeup look.
I noticed a difference when I put the mascara on top, my eyelashes look a bit more dramatic, darker, longer and curlier.
I really like the primer, I will repurchase this/buy the full size especially as I used to be a daily false eyelash wearer and this is something that would be better and keep the false eyelashes for special events, saves times not having to put lashes on.
I had heard that it's hard to remove the product so I put it to the test using my normal everyday cleanser Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser and I can tell you that there was no difference in removing the primer eye to the regular mascara eye.
I had thought about the days when I want to wear makeup but not a lot of eye makeup, I think this will be perfect on it's own with no mascara, it would also be good to have during the day and I could put some mascara on top for a night transition.
I do love this product a lot.
