DIY: Leftover Candle To Wax Tarts

I got a candle for my birthday and love the smell but was so disappointed further on when it wouldn't light and yet there was still quite a bit of candle left so when I seen on Facebook a picture of someone reusing the last bits of their candle. I decided to try it out and show you how you can do it now before I start if you are not an adult then get someone to supervise.
